CourtHaven Manor will provide:

 Tables 

(Round & Rectangle)

Garden chairs

 Table cloths

 (Black or White)

Table runners

 (Choice of Colors)

Setup and breakdown of the items listed above. 

Access to:

 The Grounds, which Include:

The Arbor

The Perimeter Sidewalks

The Fountain Pond

The Reception Area (in front of Greenhouse)

The Dance Floor (specific locations available)

The Smoke House(Catering area)

The Back Patio (If needed)

The Front Porch

For Weddings:

Scheduled use of property for pictures

The Cinderella Suite, for the Bride and her Bridal party,

 will include assistance from one of our staff for any last minute needs.

The Last Bachelor Pad, for the Groom & Groomsmen to prepare. 

(This apartment is located above the garage, isolated from the house)

We will also be giving  the Bride & Groom’s Suites a Charcuterie tray 

 &  Champagne or Sparkling Cider toast in each Suite.

 (Our little way to say congratulations and thank you for choosing us!)

Bridal Party & Groom’s Party have EXCLUSIVE access to the front of house inside the Manor and the Last Bachelor Pad.**

Requirements

Contract must be signed & deposit paid in order to complete reservation.

*There is a $40.00 charge required for every guest that exceeds the 150 guest limit.

** Please do not invite event guests into the Manor or any other indoor spaces. The front of house areas are only available to Bride, Groom and those who are a part of the production of your event.

NO OVERNIGHT STAYS

The Rules and Regulations are included with the contract and must be agreed upon before your date is booked.

All events are subject to approval by CourtHaven Manor, LLC on an individual basis, and at the sole discretion of CourtHaven Manor, LLC.  Prices and conditions are not final and are subject to change until approved in writing by CourtHaven Manor, LLC.
